Grooming Guide

On rare occasions, Bandanas may need to cancel an appointment due to weather, road conditions, equipment failure, etc. Every effort will be made to contact you in advance of the appointment. If you cannot keep your appointment, please call Bandanas 24 hours in advance so we may fill your spot. Failure to call in advance or failure to have your pet available for the grooming services scheduled may result in a charge of $25 which must be paid prior to your next appointment.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Bandanas accepts cash and credit cards (MasterCard and Visa only). Personal checks will be accepted; however, any check returned due to
insufficient funds will be subject to a $30 fee.

Emergency care is rare but may be necessary. We maintain relationships with nearby veterinarians. All Bandanas customers are asked to sign our Pet Protection Agreement to specify how emergency care should be handled.
